This has been a busy day for me. I planted flowers and for me, that is a chore. It is the getting up after I kneel down that is hard. I think back not too many years and I could do a Kip-up, Now I need something to hold on to and still can barely make it up. Now I have had too much supper. Pat made baked Country style boneless ribs with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I can eat that till my belly about pops. I will hopefully finish the flowers in about another day of work. I wont get much done tomorrow; I have an apt with the Vascular Doctor about the results of the Ultra-sound test on my legs. I am sure there is no magic pill that I can take to cure this one. Now I am off of here and on my way to dozeland. Ill see you in the morning time.
