This has been on my heart for a long time. I get so tired of seeing people get beat up by the devil that today I’m doing what Martin Luther done today. I’m nailing these edicts to the devil’s door and reminding him that the truth is still the truth! If the devil is so quick to point out our flaws to us well lets give him a taste of his own medicine today. 1. First the devil had it all. But gave it up to go his own way. I mean talk about giving up on God… 2. The devil hasn’t had a taste of the dose of hell that is waiting for him like we have suffered in our lives. 3. The devil can’t tell the truth. 4. The devil was created just like we were so that means he has a beginning and an end too. 5. The devil has no recourse for his sin. But we do through Jesus. For the devil there is NO grace and NO mercy waiting for him. 6. We will one day sit where he sat. 7. The devil may hand up defeat some days. But know this, God turns that defeat into victory if we hold on to Him. Thus turning his defeat on him. 8. The devil can’t force you to sin. It is either through our blindness, ignorance, or weakness we do these things. That is like you or I picking on a sick person, or a handicapped person. Man talk about being a bully! I wonder what would happen to us if we done those thing today? 9. God knows what the devil is going to do before he knows what he will do. So you and I are not factors unless we fail to recognize or even search for God’s hand in every situation. 10. The devil might throw a great weight on you but God the Father has placed the son in every believer’s heart that lifts not only us up but supports us while we carry this cross. Now friends this list might grow as time goes on. So if you know anything that I have missed make a comment but most of all repost this to help others who need to know this.
