This has got to be my favorite move from PiYo. It will work your core, shoulders, thighs, glutes....ok, near enough the whole body!!! ✨Start in a plank, move into a downward dog and raise one leg. ✨Keeping both legs straight, tap the ankle of the lifted leg to the back of the supporting leg. ✨Return to the three point downward dog. Repeat 10 times. ✨Rest, and then do the other leg. You can modify by staying down on the supporting knee and tapping the toes to the ground behind the foot.
