This is Andrew wheeler of ockochobee fl beating a 16 year old austic boy. The boy was lured by believed to be the girl filming she.pretended to show interest in him and brought the boy to this party where he was ambushed by this monster and his friends. He is only facing minor assault charges and the other assailants are walking due to the faxt the have family ties to the ockochobee police department. Justice has not been served.
