This is Claire Fleetwoods (Plett Campus) entry for the Inter Campus Competition. The challenge is now to all the other culinary students. #BringItOn Claires menu is as follows: Klein Karoo spicy biltong rubbed springbok loin, baby carrot mould, rainbows end artichoke, buttered broccoli, roasted Spanish garlic, podded peas, fried leeks, shallot risotto, turned baby desiree potatoes and steamed organic courgettes accompanied with a redcurrant game jus Australian Pavlova, berry couli, crème Chantilly and Cape fruit salad marinated with blood orange olive oil
