This is MY testimony from today - 8/25/2014. Ive been using Plexus Slim for about 6 months now. I havent lost a ton of weight, so if that were the ONLY reason I was using Plexus, I would have given up a long time ago. Some people are only in it for the weight loss and truly, it works wonderfully for that for so many folks - I personally have been combating other issues, so weight loss right at this very moment is the least of my worries. Ive had a TON of good things happen to me physically since Ive been taking Plexus Slim, and I just wanted to find out if they were a fluke, or if Plexus has really helped me with the issues, so, Ive been doing a little individual experiment and have gone without Plexus Slim for 3 days now. I hate the way I feel! Im extremely nervous, not sleeping as well (had been sleeping like a baby), my Fibromyalgia is extremely painful, I hurt in every joint and muscle of my body, my headaches are back full-tilt, its hard for me to focus, and Im tired. I do not take other meds for any of my issues, (since my doctor told me I didnt need my blood pressure meds anymore after about 5 months on Plexus) so doing without Plexus this 3 days has been the only change Ive made. Now mind you - these positive changes did NOT happen overnight, but the less pleasant ones have manifested themselves very quickly. It seems pretty obvious how many positives have come along with Plexus for me, as an individual, looking at the contrast of how I feel today, as opposed to having been on Plexus on a regular basis.
