This is Melissas Mom and she is so proud of her. Look how great she is going She has been taking skinny fiber and is about to finish her first 90 day challenge. In her first month she lost 12 lbs and we didnt take her measurements so we dont know exactly how many she lost that month alone but it was a lot!!! Being diabetic, her doctor looked over the ingredients and the weight loss success she had already had and said it was safe for her and he wanted her to continue to take it. Well at her second month she got really sick and was put on a steroid medication to clear her lungs and that usually has her gain weight so her 2nd month was not as great as the first as the med had her gain a little back. Now the medication is out of her system and she is back to loosing weight. This is where it gets shocking! During her second month we finally took her measurements!! Her total body inches were 259.25 and she weighed 265 at the time. Now exactly one month later and she has lost 10.25 inches and only 1 lb!!! Her exact inches as of today after the loss is 249 and she weighs 264 lbs. That is crazy!! This is why we say do not only judge your loss by scale and weight alone. Judge it on how your clothes fit and how you feel!! She will be starting another 90 day challenge soon and this time she is planning to add some walking exercise along with taking Skinny Fiber. I cant wait to update you all again!
