This is a great free event for all Women offered by the Pasifika Womens Alliance. Some of the reasons why the PWA is targetting women is because frequently, we may have Diabetes but are not aware that we have it so this is a great opportunity to have a free heath check to make sure. Also, we as Women are responsible in many cases for the cooking, nutrition and care of our Families in our homes so awareness around Diabetes can help us to look after our Families better by examining healthy options for successful management of Diabetes. Please pass this onto all your networks and encourage our womenfolk to attend and bring their Friends.
