This is a late post, but I had too! I have been involved with a couple of home based organizations. Id like to point out a couple of personal truths 1. I did not have hands on support, let alone great mentorship. 2. I had to call the 800 number to get ALL help 3. I had to hear about what I needed to do in order for my sponsor to move up. 3. The focus was on the company, not the consumer. 4. Everyone was just DRY! On the other hand, ViSalus has a culture like no other! 1. I have support with learning how to support my team mates as an individuals. 2. I have support and mentorship in learning how to build a sustainable business. 3. Our focus is on helping and supporting as many people with their health goals...10lbs at a time. And last but not in the very least...4. We know how to party!!! #ViLife #MyLife #TurnDownForWhat
