This is a pretty interesting read about personality types. Turns out introversion and extroversion (according this this article) is not based on shyness or talkativeness. Rather, it has more to do with whether one gets energized or fatigued by spending time with others or in crowds, and whether one gets energized or fatigued by alone time. Most of us are ambiverts (including myself, according to the quiz I took) but it was interesting to see how I relate to eat type as portrayed in this article.
