This is about my opinion, and not related with other, nothing else. Almost everyday i always have question to these institution. Why we were build steam power plan with using coal as resources. i guess its not problem because its still relevan, but if we build that above in small area and smaller system, are it relevan and efficient? For example, we build steam power plan with 3MW capacity, and its same difficult with the bigger capacity. why we are not develop other resources, might be wave energy, solar cell and other.
