This is an excellent expose on how we are being exploited by elements of the 1% and enriching a portion of the group by the political shenanigans that were directed or orchestrated by the very wealthy to cause us to foot most of the bill at developing and maintaining a sports program that is a cash cow to the owners with the taxpayer providing most of the capital with almost nothing in the form of reward. It is very easy to be shown as magnanimous donating a few million to charity if one takes away hundreds of millions of dollars every year and the national athletic office pays ou nothing in taxes because it is a non-profit organization. This really should stop and the law changed that started all this in the first place. This is not an issue of Democrat or Republican but a pox on all of us (less the 1%, of course).
