This is an experiment. I took a 3 shot bracket (+1stop; -1stop). For the first image, I worked entirely within LR5; the 3 shots were first processed in Nik HDR Efex; then the results were taken into Macphun Intensify (directly from LR); lastly, I did some Radial Filter work on the main tree in the distance (the one that looks like autumn colors, but actually is colors from the fire). For the second photograph, I sent the 3 shots to PSCC 2014 HDR Pro; after doing some work in ACR, I took it into Macphun Intensify for the main editing; then I opened ACR again and did the Radial Filter work (the advantage of ACR over LR is that in ACR, there is a Brush inside of the Radial Filter where you can brush in, or out, effects); then I saved it back to LR. I found that both the fastest and the most precise edit to be the one using PSCC2014. The main difference that I notice is in the sky; other differences are more subtle.
