This is applicable to hiring ANYONE, not just engineers. Especially applicable on the tech world, and all parts that touch it (including sales and support). Heres the key part: Understanding who you’re hiring matters. Understanding how to engage them in a great career choice that resonates with who they are as people, matters. It sounds basic and simple, but it’s not often practiced in this current crazy recruiting market.
