This is coming from a person that has done CrossFit for over a year forward now..CrossFit is a a very solid training program for both strength and conditioning. The awesome aspect about CrossFit is that it utilizes a methodology to train the body for any physical obstacle. I believe that has a lot of credit to hold within a training program. Now of course there are many knuckleheads out there who attempt the training that the Professional Athletes go through and that is obviously how you get hurt and lead you into believing that CrossFit is dangerous and another dished out circuit-training system with a Label on it.
