This is for all u ass to the floor squatters! Lol depth is good but always listen to your body. If ur knees cant take the depth dont push em too far. Lift smart and stay injury free! Your knees will thank you later. With that being said. He was leg day for me emphasis on squats and quads. Nice slow easy reps to get as low as possible and use ur quads to drive u up and finish with bringing hips foward. I did 6 sets of 12,12,10,10,8,8 increasing weight with each set and fished at 315lbs!
