This is important for all students! Please read carefully Due to an increasingly high number of last minute cancellations, many poles, hoops and silks have been left empty and many wait-listed students have been let down. We understand you all have a tight schedule but if we work cooperatively, the new attendance policy will benefit everyone and give each student a fair chance to attend the course. The only thing we ask you is to inform us of a cancellation at least 6 hours before the class. This way, we can call standby students early enough so they can get ready and pack their dance clothes. Be informed that starting on 4th November: The class that you cancel (past the 6-hour limit) will not be rescheduled and will not be reimbursed. The second time a “no-show” student fails to cancel 6 hours before the class, s/he will automatically be put on standby for one month. When on standby, you will still be able to come to the studio, provided you call the studio 2 hours before the class to check for available spots.
