This is making the rounds on FB. Its is a nice sentiment but false. Walter Reed Hospital will not deliver cards sent to them. Dont despair there is a way to brighten the holidays for service members. Use the Holiday Mail for Heroes program run by the Red Cross. Send the cards to Holiday Mail for Heroes at your local Red Cross chapter. See the link in the comments for instructions. PS: You can put a bunch of cards in a large mailing envelope to save on postage, no need to put the individual cards in envelopes.
