This is me this time.......NEXT IS YOUR TURN ......... So Stop using Reliance connection.. RELIANCE can only CHEAT YOU......... BECAUSE:- I had a prepaid reliance connection number-8882767351, one day i got a call from reliance customer care representative and they offered me to convert this connection into postpaid. Besides that they offered me the scheme of 599/- per month rental in which the following benefits are included..... 1. Reliance to Reliance local and national unlimited free 2. 1 GB internet data uses 3. 1500 calls on other network (local/national) 4. 300 SMS The plan seems to me good and I told them to convert my mobile number into postpaid. Just after 2 days of conversion into postpaid, I got a call from them to confirm the plans. I told them that I am already confirmed about the plans:- 1. Reliance to Reliance local and national unlimited free 2. 1 GB internet data uses 3. 1500 calls on other network (local/national) 4. 300 SMS But they told me that you are provided only 1500 calls on other network and 300 sms. I told them about the conversation with the previous customer care representative and the schemes that they offered me. But the present representative told me that there is not any scheme like that. At the same time I told to the new representative that please cancel my postpaid scheme just after the uses of amount that I paid to you i.e. Rs.300/- of conversion charges and Rs. 799/- of previous prepaid recharge because I am not satisfied with the scheme and I’ll neither continue with the scheme nor pay any bill if my connection will be continue after that. but they didnt disconnected my mobile number and after the next month they continuously use to call me and forced me to pay the bill. My complaint to you is that, after so much clear communication with the reliance representative from my side, they use to force me to pay and threatened me to make an FIR against me. I also got 2-3 calls from their Advocate and today (08.11.2014) I received a Currier as a notice from their advocate VASUDEV GOSWAMI ENo-D-609/1992, that if I’ll not pay the bill immediately the company charge me 2.5% per month extra of the bill amount.
