This is my BIGGEST pet peeve as a consumer. Whether you own a business, manage a business, work for a business you deal with customers, patients, clients, etc. Each and everyone of these people should be acknowledged when they enter your establishment. It doesnt matter whether you see them in your establishment everyday or not. Without them, YOU wouldnt have a job. YOU are the 1st person the customer, patient, client see. YOU represent the business whether as owner or employee. You should always greet people and also say Thank you not Have a good one.
