This is my CHALLENGE to all of my FB friends!!!!! Foster.... I may start calling out individuals whom I know have the facilities to do this.....you now who you are... If you watch this video - and I DARE you to ....each and every one of my friends!!!, you will understand why we have a precious little foster puppy at our home right now. YOU can be that person. Yes they are all cute and we like to think that somebody will save them....but that is not always the case. Quite a few were killed last Wednesday. We need more people who are willing to foster for JUST A FEW WEEKS!!! We are talking life and death. You may not realize that different rescue groups authorize that the animals will be pulled to prepare to be adopted and just need short term places for them to stay until local adoption or transport to another state!! That group covers medical costs...you just give them a safe place to stay, feed and water them and make sure that their health needs are addressed (not generally an issue). I am challenging my friends to make room during this crisis time! Please contact me if you can do this to save the life of an innocent animal and help get them to a home where they will be loved. Yes, it has been a little more trouble to have a puppy here, but it has also been an amazing pleasure to see this little guy flourish in just two days! Some family in Colorado is going to get an amazing dog... See, he has been pulled by Southern Mutts Rescue Wagon....please go read what these people are doing! Our Babyface is on this euth list - he was scheduled to be killed on Wednesday, just as the rest of these gorgeous and loving animals!! I know that this is a lot to read and - oh my goodness, I have turned into one of those crazy animal women, but .... unconditional love from our canine and feline friends sure is a great reward!! You dont find that kind of love just anywhere...! ;)
