This is my first time posting here! :) I am baking somewhere from 120-150 cupcakes for my aunts small wedding next month and am just a hobby baker. I think I will be making 3 varieties (white or vanilla, chocolate and spice or pumpkin) and was wondering how soon I can bake them and freeze them. I typically freeze my layer cakes prior to frosting them and know that it makes them super moist and delicious. How soon is too soon to freeze the cupcakes? I would like to get a head start as I work full time and will be doing the bulk of the work myself but dont want them to go bad/get a funky taste. Wedding is 10/25. Thanks in advance!
