This is my free public service announcement for the day....please keep this in mind - it works for anyone - from the person who does your hair, your nails...anyone who does a service for you that you must make an appointment for....What most people fail to consider is that these people budget their salary on your appointment. When you are late for your appointment, or completely fail to arrive, especially without being kind enough to cancel or at the very least call to give the salon a heads up youre running behind, you are literally costing the hairdresser money. That time space was blocked strictly for you, which means nobody else could fill the spot. Also, by being late, you potentially ran the hairdresser over and again, cost them another appointment/money, because they are having to extend your time without a raise in the profit.... ok I am done....Enjoy your evening!
