This is my rider (Mac’s Cook #453), totally dialed. The seat post is lined with an .080” tube of 4130. Last night I stripped the Sachs 2Gang hub and ultrasonically cleaned the guts. I coated the guts with molybdenum oil (MoS2), then mixed the moly with axle grease for the final grease pack. Both wheels are perpetual motion. The MoS2 oil is an incredible lubricant. It creates microscopic ball bearings between the moving surfaces along with chemically bonding to the metal.
