This is not really about whether the vehicle in question was parked illegally. Its about people in power behaving responsibly. (Agree that the car owner did not behave responsibly in parking illegally, however, it remains responsibility of the authority to behave reasonably responsibly.) Shame on those who break rules such as parking related and those who deal with these matters with utter disregard for their responsibility. Also, the Policeman says to the guy who is making the video: Is this your car...if not, why are you taking a video...now imagine a car being replaced by a person being beaten, or a person being molested...I wonder what the policeman would say? And this is apparently in a reasonably civilised area...The government is likely to change in Maharashtra. I expect well see a change in Police behaviour in a reasonable period - or is this an exceptionally high expectation?
