This is obscene in my mind. A person has the obligation to identify himself if requested by the police. Because of a fast talking suspect these officers failed to protect the public. This man could have been a felon in possession of a firearm going to kill his girlfriend. If he had been successful in killing his girlfriend, it would have become known that these officers had made contact with the suspect and took no action. Their Police dept. could be sued by relatives of the deceased. This is a jerk that has been allowed to display this kind of public behavior because of the republican conservative movement in our country. This movement needs to be reversed so the American Public feels safe again. Vote all republicans out of office that dont have the public wellbeing in mind!
