This is pretty funny and spot on except they left out the part "Bill is also pissed off because the soda machine has problems,,, 25% of the cans will be empty, people helping to pay for others soda so costs can stay down. Another 25% will be diet and caffeine free soda labeled as regular for the same price. another 25% will be regular old soda but it will come from a special section of the machine that doesnt keep it cold,, another cost saving system insuring the cost of whatever can you end up with remains low. The last 25% will randomly be filled from 10% to 100% and you just get to see after you open it how much you really got. If someone doesnt have any change or uses foreign currency they can simply shake the machine real hard and a full and ice cold soda will fall out. Parents who have split up will have to both pay for one can to give their kid (yep theres nothing in the bill to assign it and pleanty in it about the tax if you dont so parents who split up will both be required pay 100% to insure the same kid) On the hottest day of the year when you need it the most the machine will display an out of order message after you put your coins in It can also decide at any time, even though you have paid the price for a can to inform you that you dont deserve a soda. On a regular basis the price will be increased and the size of the can decreased.
