This is so not true. 1) Messenger has a 4/5 star rating on Google Play. 2) Your marketing data is not you, nor is it your privacy violated. No individual is reading your texts, it is getting lumped into your algorithm so advertisers will continue to pay for the service you use. 3) No one is activating your cameras or microphone without your permission. The app needs the permissions so that you can use features which use these devices, like send pictures or recorded text. 3) Big Brother was about despotic fascism, not voyeurism. If you choose to be paranoid about some weirdo reading your texts and spying on you through your camera, dont use the app. And maybe talk to a psychiatrist.
