This is the first Thanksgiving I am not having everyone. At first I felt really guilty but when my wonderful daughter-in-law volunteered I thought we should try something different. Since Scott is allergic to any foul Clare asked me to make lasagna which I just finished, and I made dressing, and last I was supposed to make a cheesecake. Good thing my house isnt the gathering spot because my oven wouldnt work when I was trying to bake the cheesecake. Thank goodness for a nice neighbor and her oven. So, next week I guess I will be shopping for a new oven. Have a wonderful holiday with your families everyone.
