This is the lamb burger with the works from Pauls Famous Burgers in Sylvania. The name leads itself to high expectations. The burger is a beast. Perfectly cooked and seasoned pattie. As with any Aussie classic, the beetroot makes the burger. I couldnt really fault anything about this, but I somehow think it might have been better with beef? The burger itself handled brilliantly. Despite its fearsome stance, it didnt fall apart at all - everything stayed put with every bite. All round, very satisfying. The chips were decent: above average. 4/5 pickles for the burger and 3/5 spuds for the chips. I should also mention the homemade pineapple crush to drink. Pretty good stuff.
