This is the suspects pictures which I managed to save from a facebook account into my cellphone bearing the name Marcial Marc Abad Colcoli which was positively identified by witnesses as the one who drove the starex and intentionally ran over my son, Dags and Jefferson. His facebook account is presently deactivated. He was known to be on vacation and will leave for abroad this January 2014. The attempted murder weapon used: Starex with plate number FHB 462, the broken windshield, front headlight etc was fully repaired at Magsaysay Ave on the same fateful day. The job order receipt showing the suspects & drivers name as Marcial Mark Colcoli. A witness who came from Hillside on his way home to Engineers hill was driving his vehicle going home when he chanced upon this starex blowing smoke at Purple bar. It suddenly moved forward and swerved nearly colliding with his vehicle. He blew his horn & chased the starex but was shocked when the starex suddenly swerved to the right towards the sidewalk and ran over the people walking on the sidewalk then sped off towards the Victory terminal area. He saw the persons bumped thrown away & lying on the sidewalk. He followed the vehicle then took note of the plate number: FHB-462. While at the area of Caltex Gas station and as he was about to turn towards engineers hill, he saw the same starex going too fast so he stepped on his brakes & the starex almost hit him again. This time he saw the driver who was LAUGHING and saw the damage or crack on the windshield, the damaged headlight and the damaged passenger side bumper. He saw the starex stopped for a while at the caltex station then sped back towards Purple bar. He immediately reported the incident to the barangay hall who likewise called the police for assistance. CCTV footage of the BGHMCs ER which I managed to record revealed 4 of the respondents who was involved in the purple bar altercation together with the suspect entering the ER. A guy in black whos name was later known to be Louie working at Le Chef at the Manor was seen arguing with Jefferson-who was also treated there for his injuries. We also managed to save Louies pics from his facebook account. The outdoor CCTV showed my sons party on a taxi arriving first at the hospital. He was carried towards the ER as the taxi parked away from the ERs entrance. The second taxi that arrived parked at the ERs entrance carrying Dags. The man in black tshirt entered the ER after several minutes followed by 3 guys in white tshirt. They are the suspects/respondents. The footage showed that they walked towards the ER and also left walking. Their vehicle (starex) was probably parked away from the scene as it was damaged and the subject of a crime committed. Police interviewed Jefferson at the hospital. He told the medical staff not to let the suspects leave as they were the ones involved in the hit & run incident but somehow the suspects managed to leave the scene again. The main suspect and other John Does are still at large. To the hundreds who shared my post regarding the hit & run incident, We thank you all for the support, concern & your prayers for my son & the other victims recovery. Social networking helped a lot in identifying the suspect/s. Dags is presently still confined at the Notre Dame hospital.
