This is the tallish dresser I have been working on for a few days. The drawers have been fixed and slide smoothly. It has been painted Paris Gray, with an under coat on the drawers only of Old White. I thought I would use glass knobs but decided that they were wrong for this era dresser. So this morning I painted wooden knobs, Im happy with the look. The Marble is too heavy for me to lift so I havent seen it on the dresser yet. I hope its going to be just lovely. Notice the wavy front of the marble…..it is really special!
