This is the thing I dont get about Secs. Gazmin and Dinky Soliman. Granted that Typhoon Yolanda was a major storm. One of the strongest ever recorded. But come on. Soliman was DSWD Sec under not one but two administrations. She supposedly handled the Pablo, Sendong, and the Zambo crisis. You would think she would know how to distribute relief goods in a timely and efficient manner. Di siya virgin eh. Same with Gazmin. Di siya virgin. They deserve all the criticism that they are receiving because Gazmin and Soliman have more bureaucratic and political experience than even B. S. Aquino. If there was any honor in the cabinet, Soliman, Gazmin, and Roxas should all resign because they are all ruining the reputation of the Philippines to international relief organizations. I also think that B.S. Aquino has committed crimes that could lead him to be impeached if we were a real functioning democracy.
