This is the wife of Scientology leader David Miscavige, (photo from approx 1982.) Although formerly a person very much in the public eye, she has not been seen in public for six years. Actress Leah Remini recently quit Scientology because she was concerned and asking questions about her former friend and was told in no uncertain terms to shut up. Shelly Miscavige introduced Tom Cruise to Katie Holmes, yet was mysteriously not present at their wedding, causing many to begin questioning her whereabouts at the time. The Los Angeles Police dept, who enjoy a friendly relationship with David Miscavige and his church minions say that Mrs. Miscavige is not missing, but will not reveal her whereabouts. Friends and family fear that she is either dead or being held against her will in a Scientology compound.
