This is to inform you that I Mr. Bipin Singh of jharsuguda, purchased a new Samsung grand quatro from jharsuguda on 10.02.2014. The handset showed problem from the time of purchasing only. while using the handset it gradually heatsup and battery gets discharged within an hour or two. i complained about it to the jharsuguda Samsung care they advised for the software updation. I handovered my handset to them on 15.03.14. while software updation what they did i dont know they informed me that the handset turned dead, the motherboard is damaged. We will order a new motrherboard and will replace it after holi. today motherboard damaged.. then for something else will damage... now enough..i am disappointed of this problem. Everytime showing problem , today this tomorrow that.......I want a new handset or request you to refund my money back as soon as possible or else Ill go and file complaint against this in consumer forum case court. Therfore I request you to look into the matter and take action immediately . An early reply or action will be highly appreciated. Thanking you Bipin Singh
