This is translation of a Russian document from the Ukraine: Those of the Jewish nation in the Donetsk region have joined themselves with the anti-Russian Orthodox element here, Therefore the Jews, 16 years of age and older, in the Donetsk region must come with their passports to register with the Commisar of Nationalities. They must pay 50 U.S. dollars each to register. In addition, they shall have their passports stampled identifying them to be part of the Jewish nation. They must also bring a complete listing and documentation of all realty they own in the region. Any member of the Jewish nation that does not register by May 3, 2014 shall be subject to deportation from the Donetsk region and shall have all property confiscated by the government. This isnt exact brothers, but its the gist of the translation of the document. Sounds to me like Germany in 1933.
