This is very hard for me and I am not blaming either parent. But my mom wanted to get off the farm,but dad born,raised and living on the farm who is 82 years young. Said he will never leave the farm. And my mom who has cancer for the third time first time at age 42 now she is 80, but this is a cancer that they told her in 25-30 years it could come back even though at age 42 she had lost her taste of food and always thirty from strong radiation and chemo . The 2 nd time she got cancer was in the lungs. Which they call farmers lung She had 3 spots on her lungs which 2 of them they were able to remove 2 by surgery in Fargo the third she went to Mayo where they did laser surgery. But do not feel they got it all just shrunk them. She was not happy on the farm and gave up a lot to live and work her butt off. So when she decided enough was enough she moved to Elder bush a retirement home I am very happy for her. But also sad for dad. See he had a chance to move too but he has his plans to stay on the farm until the end. What is hard is I am going to have to spend a day with dad and a day with mom. But what is good is no arguing between them, because then my nerves cant take it. But my dad has cousins and a brother in law that have survived just fine in town. And the farm is only 4 miles. But I think he thinks he has to know whats going on too. I love you both Dad and Mom and I will come help you clean Dad and yes I will help you finish hanging pictures Mom see you both soon. Maybe I can set up a date night for you 2. Love your daughter.k
