This is very true - you must believe in your path and not be dissuaded by those who cant applaud your success. Those who are the biggest critics are often not able to give you words of support due to their own insecurities, their business relationship with you, or because they see you as a threat or as competition. its so important to give out encouragement to lift those who dont have enough self esteem to understand that a job or contract rejection isnt the end, its just a closed door so that something better can open. This guy obviously repeats his words of encouragement weekly, so hes gathered a following :)
