This is what I have....diagnosed 16 years ago. It can be much worse than she says it is. There is no cure, and flare-ups are occasional but get worse and last longer with time. A simple day in a hot sun can cause your body to jump into high gear. The bad part is that you look absolutely normal, the torment is internal....except for the rash or blisters you get on exposed skin. You dont have to LOOK awful to feel awful. The only UP side is that you get your priorities in order.
