This is what they do. The Feds are looking into this type of offence. They harass you and try to make you say or do something to grant them to arrest you. The best thing to do is ask them why are they arresting or harassing you and from then be quiet because you have that right. Most of the time is because people come close or talk to them is the reason they charge others with interference and all type of bull. The best thing is to video them from a distance and once you asked them what and why they are there just video away. Don’t take pictures because that would do no good but do video because if there was no videoing somebody would have gone to jail with a setup. They words against yours.
