Summary of their experience: We had not sold a house in twenty years and did not know who could help us. We saw a sign with Susannes name and decided to give her a call. We were glad we did. She was very personable and patient with us. She did everything very professionally. She was able to advise us in every aspect of the sale. She hired a professional photographer to take the photos of the home, so that it looked its best. Once she listed the home and put the sign in the yard, we had a contract in two days. She helped us negotiate every point of the contract in such a way that we were comfortable and satisfied. We never felt pressured or like we were a bother when discussing the sale. She was there for us and wanted us to be happy. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
