You only have the right to I.D. the driver. You do not have to watch what you say until they read you your rights. Curse words are not illegal to use. They threatened to put a bullet in them so fast, even though the civilians are unarmed, meaning there is no reason for the cop to draw the gun and point it at the innocent civilians. Innocent until proven guilty. You should not be looking for a reason to use your gun. Know your rights; video tape authority; it is the only way to keep authority in check.
