This letter addressed to the international community Omar Ibrahim Dabbashi , who is from western Libya ! ! Order is representative of Libya in the United Nations , but the question here is for any Libya ? Libya, which represented the government in the west of the country of any national conference , which is a loss of legitimacy and expired by the mobility of Libyan street and a caretaker government is the defense minister in which taxpayer currently Khaled al-Bashir and around which many of the questions since he was an agent of the Secretary of Defense since the Council Transitional Government and the Government of the Cape and Zidane also ? And for this I would like to remark that several points are: 1 - There is no representative of the eastern region of what is today the former province of Cyrenaica with the United Nations in order to reach their voice to claim their rights , which they considered a legitimate 100% . 2 - solving the problems will not be about such arbitrary decisions in the interest part without the other , but if there are intentions unannounced . 3 - must be considered in a referendum within regions of each province separately to look at whether the inhabitants of those regions prefer autonomy away from the central control of ugly . 4 - The international community should be aware that, if not solved these problems there will be no near-term stability in the Libyan state , and maybe there will be indicators for entering the country in another revolution correct the path of the revolution February 17, 2011 . 5 - must provide the way for dialogue and a referendum on the federal judgment until all the differences through a referendum supervised by the United Nations and the Arab League. هذا الخطاب موجه للمجتمع الدولي ابراهيم عمر الدباشي الذي هو من غرب ليبياً !! أجل هو مندوب ليبيا في الأمم المتحده و لكن السؤال هنا هو عن أي ليبيا ؟ ليبيا التي تمثلها الحكومة الواقعه في غرب البلاد أي المؤتمر الوطني و الذي يعد فاقد للشرعيه و منتهي الصلاحيه حسب حراك الشارع الليبي و حكومة تسيير أعمال يعد وزير الدفاع فيها المكلف حالياً خالد البشير و الذي تدور حوله العديد من التساؤلات منذ ان كان وكيل لوزير الدفاع منذ المجلس الإنتقالي و حكومة الكيب و حكومة زيدان أيضاً ؟ و لهذا أود ان انبه لعدة نقاط و هي : ١- لا يوجد ممثل لمنطقه الشرقيه ما يعرف اليوم سابقاً بإقليم برقه لدى هيئة الأمم المتحده لكي يصل صوتهم للمطالبه بحقوقهم التي اعتبر أنها مشروعة ١٠٠%. ٢- حل المشاكل لن يكون بهكذا قرارت تعسفيه تخدم مصلحة جزء دون الآخر إلا إذا كانت هناك نوايا غير معلن عنها . ٣- يجب النظر في إجراء إستفتاء داخل الأقاليم كل اقليم على حده لننظر إذا كان سكان تلك الأقاليم يفضلون الحكم الذاتي بعيداً عن التحكم المركزي المقيت. ٤- على المجتمع الدولي ان يعي أنه إذا لم تحل هذه الإشكاليات لن يكون هناك إستقرار قريب المدى داخل الدوله الليبيه و ربما ستكون هناك مؤشرات عن دخول البلاد في ثورة أخرى تصحح مسار ثورة ١٧ فبراير ٢٠١١ . ٥- يجب إتاحة الطريق للحوار و إجراء إستفتاء حول الحكم الفيدرالي حتى تنتهي جميع الخلافات من خلال إستفتاء تشرف عليه هيئة الأمم المتحده و جامعة الدول العربية .
