This makes me think about a dear friend who went to sleep in Jesus about three months ago. I know why God put her into my life, it was for my salvation. This unassuming, sweet, very human woman loved God with all her heart. She told others of Jesus. We talked of how wed run in the tall grass as little children, in heaven. Its so simple, all we have to do is take the free gift He offers. Take it and hold on tight. Theres nothing and no one, in this world thats worth not choosing Him. If people really love you, theyll understand that you walk a straight and narrow and beautiful path with Jesus. And if they turn from you, pray for them and keep walking with God each day. In Him is our only help and hope. It was for me He died, it was for me He came, for me His shame, for me He died and bled upon a tree. And it was for you.
