This may be true, but I definitely feel a LOT more productive (and more human) when I go to bed earlier and wake up naturally (as opposed to going to bed late and waking up to my precious human alarm clock). For some reason its reeeeally easy for me to get stuck in a loop of working late after bedtime as opposed to getting those hours in before he wakes up. Any other wannabe early birds out there? What helps you shut down and go to bed at a normal time?
