Div 1 - Belgium / ENGLAND / Germany / Greece / Italy / Portugal / Spain / Switzerland Div 2 - Bosnia / Croatia / Czech Republic / Denmark / France / Russia / Serbia / Sweden / Ukraine Div 3 - Armenia / Austria / Hungary / Montenegro / Romania / SCOTLAND / Slovenia / Turkey / WALES Div 4 - Albania / Bulgaria / Finland / Iceland / Ireland / Israel / Norway / Poland / Slovakia Div 5 West - Andorra / Cyprus / Faroe Islands / Gibraltar / Liechtenstein / Luxembourg / Malta / N.IRELAND / San Marino Div 5 East - Azerbaijan / Belarus / Estonia / Georgia / Kazakhstan / Latvia / Lithuania / Macedonia / Moldova Each Div plays home-and-away (16 games) with 2-up/2-down except between Div 4/5, when only the Div 5 winners go up. By doing away with the Euro finals, you can play games more easily around the season - whats not to like? (apart from $ky $ports getting exclusive rights...)
