This might be a little long but an interesting story! Or a status..Hmm..Anyway something interesting..So read on :) Chitra Swaminathan had some shopping work nearby Meenakshi Temple & we went to dinner to Milagu Hotel I am visiting this hotel after an year & I was little skeptical as I didnt like their food in my previous visits. But they have reworked on their hotel interiors & exteriors which made my thought of giving it a try! When we stepped in, we are the only customers stepping in :) And the entire hotel staff welcome us :) Something in me alarmed while Chitra looked at me in a way that every husband can understand what she meant through that look :D We have been directed to the A/C room. Then came a hi-fi funky dude for taking orders. After a long time, I saw a person who instead of menu card based approach, started recommending their latest & chef special items. I initially thought he was little overboard but we decided to try his recommendation. And it turned out well! Then he started ruling our Dinner Course :) We went with his recommendation! I was started getting impressed with this guy although I didnt show it! I thought he might one of the owner or owner son & thought they would have bought this hotel. He looked like a North Indian! Anand Nataraj & I always have the habit of getting to know interesting and intriguing people. So when we were done with the dinner, I started chit chat with this guy. And I found interesting details about him and here they are. This guy name is Ajith and he is from Andhra Pradesh, India. He did Hotel Management in Hyderabad and working in Madurai :) I asked him why came all the way to Madurai from Hyderabad. Looks like he got placed into a North Indian Hotel at Madurai but did like the way they work and hence he came here and started enjoying the role. Talking about Leadership without Title, he is a perfect example! What surprised me is his proficiency at Tamil. He was just 3 months old to this city and learned Tamil through a Spoken Tamil book. After a long time, I was surprised to see a guy who thrives to learn a new language at this short span of time. I admired his passion and his attitude to adapt to the demands of his work place requirements. He wants to make big in Madurai and I was impressed. In parallel, I also struck a discount deal with the hotel so that Cogzians will get a regular discount from them :) They are just two streets away from our office and I am sure Shiva Sankar & Sudharsana Rajalingam Tsr will make use of that offer! Before signing off, I want to take a photo with him and here it is! Overall, it was a very interesting experience meeting such a young talented & interesting guys like Ajith! Life is beautiful!
