This might sound negative or discouraging to some people, but I put together things like Funk Volumes Virtual Hip Hop Conference so that more kids will STOP trying to pursue rap as a career. The truth is that a very small percentage of kids will be able to make a career as an artist. Thats just a FACT that I have nothing to do with. I want to give them as much information as possible so they can determine for themselves if they can make a career out of music, as opposed to being in their 30s or 40s. If they can, then thats great. BUT for the majority that wont be able to make it career, then they can start shifting their focus to doing something else that is positive with their lives [and cont to rap on the side=]. #stillmovin
