This month is full of surprises and blessings. Last Thursday, I met the four men who committed to join the team bound to go to the Philippines with me on the short term mission trip this coming October. I am grateful for these men who made the commitment to see what they can do to help AIBC and the people of Ifugao. An additional two men will be coming from the U.S. Yesterday, my wife and I witnessed our son, Jesses first time in leading a worship band at his church. He invited his brother Joel to accompany the band on the piano. I also witnessed a tear of joy from my wife as she watched Jesse leading the worship team and Joel playing on the piano. It is a blessing to see our kids get involved and investing their time in serving our Heavenly father with the eternal prospective in mind. Today, we are heading out for a few days for sight seeing, relaxation and regaining strength. Our son Jesse paid our ticket and we are grateful for his thoughtfulness.
