This morning I am incredibly grateful and humbled. I know that I practice gratitude on a regular basis AND this is a little deeper and more profound. Yesterday I had the great honor of presenting Marketing Messages that Matter, Make a Difference and Make Money to a group of about 50 people (I prefer the smaller groups because there is room to connect and get to know who Im playing with). The audience ranged from start ups to seasoned business owners to industry leaders. As I shared my philosophies and the 3-step formula to create marketing messages from a place of service first, true value and integrity -- the shift was visible. Witnessing the pens and pencils flying and connecting with notebooks to capture the truths that I have learned over the years touched me deeply, I included the audience by inviting them to share their biggest challenges in marketing -- I live my Challenge. Solution. Invitation.™ formula (I always love to see what people need to push through wherever they are stuck). As I addressed each concern a shift happened in the room. I cannot really explain it other than to say individual transformation happenedand not just for me -- for each person in the room. That is so powerful and it fills my heart with joy to know I TRULY am making a difference. Hearing from individual audience members about how what I shared impacted them was priceless. I often say that marketing is all about relationships and the truth was anchored deeply in my soul yesterday. There will be more training like this and each time I share with a group of people I learn, grow and know without a doubt this is what Im meant to do. You?
